She just look like OK in light green. Maybe you should try darker shade. Green is fine and it suite her well.

Something looks wrong with one of Rukia's eyes o_O I think it's too long... Other than that it's good vector ;) I agree with nisnoopy3, a darker shade of green looks nice on Rukia :)
