i made it in photoshop,used loads of brushes & just swirled them around. :hmpf: i overlayed lacus three-four times
& did gausion blur on her.
after that i overlayed lacus EVERYWHERE! (stupid idea,right?),overlayed the brush layer many times &
VOILA!:D(hmm....too much of overlaying). -_-

i've always liked this picture of lacus since her style of dress is a little different from usual
it's rare to see an orange background used for lacus but you made it work quite well and i really like your work with the lighting
