Gosh, it's finally done, although, this time I made sure to spend more time on
it.
The ONLY reason why I decided to make this wallpaper, was because I simply loved
the scan. I got it from another site, since the one here was bigger yes, but
lower quality. Anyways, I spent about 2 days working on it. I went for a surreal
kind of look, so it's not supposed to look entirely realistic. That's why it
looks strange as you might think.
Okay, about the work area ... I made those mechanical things in Maya, with the cords and stuff. The buildings in the backdrop are a stock, but I was lucky to find a high quality one, so I just had to motify it a bit by cutting out some parts of it myself so it would fit. I know it's sort of another dark wallpaper, can't really help it, since it seems to be my style ne? Well, in Photoshop I have about 25 layers for it, each save was getting more sluggish. I then added a little wall behind the characters, well not a wall, but it's a part of a building rooftop, so it's not like they're floating. I had to also keep the logo in the wallpaper, it was in such a spot I couldn't get rid of it. But it's fine with me, the logo is pretty neat.

Nice blending of stocks, and I think the little bit of graininess looks fine, if the whole wallpaper had the same sort of grainy feeling, it'd be great.

the characters dont seem to fit that well in the background i dont think 
well they fit but then they dont fit, you get what i mean

i like the composition of your wall, the background looks nice and sophisticated in a way, i like the dark atmosphere that is created and how it seems slightly mysterious, the extraction is done really well, the title is very fitting, the colours seem dark and fit well with what is being portrayed in your wall, overall you made an interesting wall ^^
i really like the vividness of the contrasting colors. the blending into the background is well done as well.

dark walls.. dark walls.. lately im so addicted to dark walls.. hope it won't be forever; i believe it reflects my feelings, lol. hmm.. i like the bg. fits the scan aok cuz the textures meet. and i thought it was a bookshelf at the right side; it was a building, gomen! i just don't like the logo so big there.. i dunno, it's just not my style i guess. but it's cool! very!

Hey, I'm just starting to watch "Demonbane" anyway. I love the city being destroyed in the backround, its my favorite part. But i don't like the text above the scan, really feels out of place, the wall would look better without it.
