Hiya Everyone 
Second submission, but it's my very first attempt at a vector 
I know there's bound to be some flaws compared to the experts, but over-all I don't think it turned out half bad at least lol.
I took this pic from the movie "Conquer of Shambala" and I just loved the way they did the eyes, so thought I'd try to duplicate that effect as well.
Background, I made basic, nothing fancy, just a few effects. Sometimes simple is best, and I didn't want to overpower the actual pic with alot of effects and brushes.
Anyways, I hope everyone likes it, and I promise to get better

I love the colors ^_^
the only thing I dont like about it is how blurry the dragon is in the background :/ since this is your first vector its normal for your lines to be so shaky, as you get better or do it more your lines should be more straight. this is very good though ^_^
