This wallpaper was made from a clean cut PNG of CG Arts from aethereality.

I downloaded a few moon brushes, and tried to pick the right one for this wallpaper, a full moon. I added a few stardust brushes from celestial-star, and colorized the top with a light purple.

Under the colorizing layer, I duplicated the stardust and background color layers, then I merged them. I then tried to make the duplicate seem technical by waving it, making it pixelated, and added a colored chalk filter. I then layed it as a multiply layer, opacity 80 over the main background stardust & background color.

As for the mirror, I simply feathered the girl's head and enlarged it to make it seem rounded and placed it on the moon as an overlaying layer.

For the girl's background, I simply made two oval shapes and filled them with a gradient. I then put a 20 radius gaussian blur on it and placed the finished blurry background behind the girl layer.

The fonts I used were Carpenter, for the big M, and Minstral, for the rest of the main letters. For the credits, I used Redensek and my own stamp.

Overall, I think it turned out quite nice. Still, I think I could have done a lot more to improve on it. Any advice?
