Very pretty! Good job on the vector. Lacus looks nice in a color other than purple! She should stick with green and red. :P Vectoring is hard, so a big round of applause!

nice vector, esp for the first one (much better than my first one).
Her hair for the most part is nicely vectored and coloured, the highlights could be smoother, but practice some more, and you'll do great :) The outline on her hands is well done too, though I would do some shading on her arms to give it more depth (like you've done on her face. But since this scan uses soft-cellshading, the shadows aren't as well-defined. anyway, nice vector :)

Wow! It took 123 layers? That's as much as my first vector of KiraxLacus. I swear the hardest was Lacus. Took most of the time trying to finish her. >_< Well this is such a lovely vector. It's harder if you do black outlines. X_X Now that takes like forever for me. @_@
