I scanned this picture from one of my Bleach pencil boards that I got recently. It's one in a set of Ichigo, Byakuya, Ichimaru, etc. Right now I only have Hitsugaya though, and, well, I think his is the best looking. :D
The background is a little dark since it was all shiny and holographic, so I apologize for that! I hope you enjoy the scan.
