This looks pretty nice. I think the scan has some extraction problems. I see some jagged parts around her left arm. the scan also looks a little grainy. I like the bg though, it's very nice, but I think you put too many sparkles. Anwyay, great job and keep it up!

ahh! so cute! The scan quality is a bit low, but WHAT A WONDERFUL WALL! Its just so incredibly cute! And the "no dive" sign is a great little addition (hehe adds a little humor, ne?) The water is so pretty and the rainbow is soft.
