The baby is strange as it was born of two mothers and no father. The One holding the baby is Mia, but not no of the mothers. You should check out Vandread. The only anime the take the saying "Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars" and proves it! ^_^
Men live on the Planet Tarak and women on the planet Majarh. The women we see the most in this show are space pirates and capture a male ship, along with a couple of guys. Imagine what happens next O_O (hehehe)
