I was hoping to make a series of wallpapers based on her first album, the Waking Hour. A Must Buy! (if you are fond of the piano and voice styles like Enya)
Back to the wall, I was in love with the scan at first sight. Absolutely b-e-a-utiful! XD I had waited patiently for the artbook to grab this scan. And so... tada! Because the song was very meloncholy, I decided to go for a darker theme. Thus, the dark, empty, night sky came into place. Almost like an omnious tone, ne?
And I bet you are asking "Why do they wings and sparkley things?"
Answer: Because I'm a girl so deal with it.
...joke. Actually, it's because of their characters in the story (Time Stranger Kyoko). None of them are humans,
though they might look like they are. So to make them a bit more supernatural, added the wings (which came from Imanimetions.net's wing template), and added
sparkley scrap to make it a litte fuller (and to satisfy my girly twitches X-P).
The problems I think were the waters behind them. Though such a small detail, it annoyed the living daylights out of me. Why? Because a) it didn't look right, b) it just didn't flow together (no pun intended), and c) it was such a trivial detail that I had to get it right.
