the girl in the bg may seem Very bright, and
her leg too, but when full view it, it all actually fits, and looks okay! 
Oh! my, i dunno how many can i keep making!
Alright about this wall!
When i started to make my walie i used this scan:

Well ya now i can tell you all, that the sircles in the bg of the scan, were a
PAIN to take out. Oh well! so, i am sorry if there are any bad edges, or
something is red on the ends but Geeas who ever came up with those things for a
bg?
Well, about this wallie in general i..... dunno it reminds me to much of the
one i have called: Washing Out My Sin. I dunno why... Well amybe, coz of the
(Planets placing, or the water, i dunno, but it just does. Well, the bg was made
from scratch with my original style "Stars, Planets, Sparkels! 
Lolz!
The whole theam came to live when i pasted throu the web and found this tut:OVER
HERE<
and i thought of making something with a water reflection, so HERE YOU ARE! 
eheheh lol!
Well i hope some one will like this even thou it looks like my other one, but
thanks anyways for any coment, and favs! They are always greatly Apprecciated!

As for
the dots that you found difficult totakeout, you should try using the lasso tool
(if you haven't already). I find extracting easier that way

Nice wall I like the clouds, the moon, and the sky with the falling stars. Though it does look a bit weird with the top of the girl's head cut off. But besides taht it looks great nice job keep it up, Fav.
