CURRENTLY RE-VECTORING THIS VECTOR! I'LL POST THE NEW VERSION AS SOON AS I FINISHED IT!
I dunno why... I suddenly wanted to vector Stellar. 
After
browsing through my gallery, I decided to used this image. I especially love her
expression.. Sweet and innocent. Kyaaa! Anyways, this time I decided not to made
an outline. Just... fell like it. 
Actually, this is the second time I vector the same image. Yesterday, I already done with the first version. But I messed up so bad, to the point I HATE IT SO MUCH! So, I made a new one today. Took me around 7-8 hours to complete it, with 31 layers used. And.. the result.. is 100% better than previous ones!

Before I end my rambling, this vector is dedicated to my nephew, Snow-Hime who loves Stellar very
much. Good luck on your PMR. AND... don't come back on this upcoming semester
break! Just wait until PMR's over, kay?! ---> That's a warning from me, your
grandpa and your uncle Badnye! We think you should concentrate on your upcoming
exam!
