Here is another wall of Chase Young, current favorite villain. I used Flash to trace the image of him, but drew the rest of the background from my imagination. Oh vectors, how I love you! Touched it up a little in Photoshop and added a hint of texture to a couple areas.
Naturally, I want to improve, so any suggestions for improvement are greatly
appreciated!

This wall really makes me want to crack up
His
expression so seriously says "see the bedroom 'cause I'm hot"... 
And
generally I'm not a fan of stroked vectors, but this one works really well, for
the background as well. To be nit-picky, I suppose, the screens/walls don't look
like they have depth... maybe add a tiny sliver of wood to the frame; but
overall the cartoon-y way that it looks really blends in with the character
^^
