the image is a bit blurry, could be the fact that you resized it, or maybe it's just the filter. maybe a bit of shadows under the picture to give it perspective?

Hehe, photo-like wallpapers seem to be quite popular recently ... Kind of like a fad with those ipod walls ..
Anyway, taking a closer look it seems to be kind of low quality, you might want to fix the photo border.
Lines look kind of jagged, it's better to draw them yourself with the line tool, and wait till it's straight before letting it go to set.

I see what you were trying to do, and the effect in the background looks a little weird. Nice text you put there, good effect, keep at it!
