Really nice! The only thing that is inconsistent is probably the black line outlining her face and nose- it would have been nice to have a skin colourey outline instead. Nice work!

Ah, very cute.
I have to agree with Kuroimisa though on the black outline, either leave it out or finish it into the hair. Right now it seems like an eye sore ... Nice character, I like the colouring, would of been nice to see more of her, good job.
