Scan is Art Of Sister
Princess Page 35 by crapmonster but I actually got it from a torrent and not
at MT. Well, first of all, don't laugh - I know it's crappy.. this is my first
try to do a vector. I found Tama-neko's vectorage and found a good tutorial. And
I dunno why of all the images I chose this complicated scan.. 
it
took me 3 days to erase and repeat the skin again till i got it right. but i
love Chikage..
My concept :: I'm tired of the same
celestial night sky. So this time, I'll make it look fake. A cloud poster pinned
by pushpins with extra clouds peeping out of it and artificial stars hanging
from the sky. the moon? just imagine there's springs from behind making it pop
out. 
stars are also vectored; actually everything here is drawn by
me but they're not vectored except the stars and Chikage. Why insomniac? Cuz I
don't want to sleep at night - at night I get to study cuz it's quiet. So my
creativity and my brain works at night. 
I
wanted to make this very simple, so gomen ne if it doesn't fit ur
tastes.
Whom I dedicate to ::
1] Me :: cuz it's my bday today and I want to give myself a gift.
2] Gonik-chan :: cuz she told me 'Gambare Angel-chan!' when I wanted to
vector.

lol, I like this idea. The vector is perfect, awesome job I must say!
Although, some stuff in the background looks weird ... Some of the blue stars are unsharp compared to the rest. The bottom left looks kind of messy, you should of spent more time on the background to do justice with your idea and the vector. Hahaa, nonetheless, originality award for you!
This is a great wall! The vectoring on the character is superb - her hair is so nice and detailed. Some of the stars look a little rough edged at some parts, but I really love the idea. The cloud and star design is so cute and quirky! This is a great first vector!

Oh, you chose a hard to scan to start on vectoring... I had to go mad to do my simple one~
Anyway, you did it very well. The non-outlined effect is just cool, and the idea of a night inside the room is so cool! ^.^
Maybe the moon is a bit out of place, I don't know~
