This is my first attempt to make a wallpaper in photoshop. I dunno why but I think photo shop elements is the same as photoshop 7.0. O.O;; ah well.
This is my first wallpaper I submit.

ok..... u did an EXCELLENT job well done in creating ur 1st wally. the effects
and everything goes really well.....though the pic in the front looks a bit
scratchy. maby if u kept it so that the pic was smooth, it would look a lot
better.
