This wallpaper has been sitting on my harddrive for a few months. I did my best to finish it last night, so I did what I could.
It's not really what I imaginined when I started this wall, but I don't remember what that image looked like anyway so this is good enough.
Name is a spoof of that hit HBO television show, "Sex and the City".

I havent seen a pic of Rei like that before.. but I can't say I've looked around too much.
As for the wall itself...
The bg seems ok. The pic is clear and extracted nicely, also it is on the right hand side, which I prefer

One of the best Evangelion wallpapers I've seen. An excellent job. If there's one suggestion I might make, its to "fake up" the city background a little more. IT's not an absolute necessity, but it would perhaps make the picture more cohesive overall.
