the keg doesn't appear because is taking out the picture >_<i do love this scan! I love Hana Kimi itself even more! Neither Nakatsu nor Sano are Mizuki's brother. She travels to Japan from America, making herself up to look like a boy (wich she obviously doesn't look like in this scan) to go to an all boys school, all because she thinks Sano's(lefty) high jump is hot. He (lefty again) knows she's a she somehow and, in more words or less, wants her to have his little high-jumpers. Yet, he doesn't want to spill the beans 'cause she'll get deported (kicked out, return to sender...all that good stuff), plus he's gay..LOL..KIDDING...he's..uh..shy..or..dont want peoples thinkin he's gay..somethin like that. Nakatsu (righty, obviously) does not know she's a she. So, again, In more words or less, he's horrified, thinks he's gay and fears gay men. But, he also LOVES girls and the only 'guy' he actually likes is Mizuki 'cause she's 'so cute'. And, then again, he doesnt think Mizuki's gay, creating an incredibly confused individual. Great manga.
