Touka Cake
Ingredients:
1 nice Touka Scan found on wakachan.
1 Background with lots of herbs, grass, sky and wood.
1 nice sun effect.
A cup of Sparks.
Tools:
A cutting Knife
A good spoon
First, cut Touka with a nice cutting knife, then add a nice background so you can fit her in, like some woods and grass and a blue sky. Then mix the background with some blur with a spoon...Use it wisely or you will end up with a mess...and finally add some sparks and a sun to give some spice.
Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour.
Now you have a nice Touka Cake, enjoy! ...Next time, a Karura Pie!
P.S. I fixed the background with another kind of blur after reading the comments. Hope you like the changes.

i really like the background you created with the trees and the sky, it seems to give off a nice atmosphere, nice wall ^^
omg omg it's Touka ^_^ I want a piece of Touka cake ^_^ This deserves a favourite simply because it has Touka with beautiful scenery ^_^ I'll have to comment that the scan looks a little grainy, and the background looks like an... anime screenshot? But overall, it's pretty nice. And Touka is as pretty as usual ^_^

The lighting's in the right place; the perspective of the background and Touka fits reletively well.
The colour composition blends very well with each other too.
The only thing that bothers me is the inadequte amount of shadows at the bottom left section; the bright light which penetrates the bushes there should show some prominent shadows.
awww.. this is pretty.. you managed to luckily find a bg that is perfect for the scan. but i will appreciate it if you try to make the bg by yourself ne?
nevertheless, i like the chemistry that happened in your wallpaper. I'll fav
