Well, I really loved this scan so I thought I really need to vector it!
I made the bg just messing with my new brushes so 
Outlining gave me a little bit of troubles since they were so thin and most
difficult part was definitely her hair! 
I
spent lots of hours tracing them...!
Coloring was fine and fun
Hours spent: around 10
Layers: about 40
