Umm, yeah.. It's a (photo?) with more photos in it... The hand should tell it for you.
Anyways, all the photos there are interconnected. Sort of like the history of the girl in the very main pic.

Whoo, the best hand i've ever seen around for ages (maybe even since i'm a MT member) : it even got the wrinkles on the knuckles ! Just for that it's worth a fav
Apart from the hand, the 'display' of picture is quite nice, though i wonder why it stops so abruptly on the sides (like it's cut... guess it's your frame or something, but it gives a weird feeling... but it's a picture of pictures, so i guess that's the reason). I like the diary underneath, really an 'intimate' picture !
