I can clearly tell you put a lot of effort into this wall and it is very nice. I however think that the background and the character don't seem to mesh very well. You can see how crisp and clean your characters are in front, but the background looks more like a painting.

FINALLY, another wallpaper. I gave myself quite a challenge on this one because the image I chose to vector SUCKED! It was so grainy that I could barely tell where the lines were, and since it was a manga scan, it was black and white so I had to figure out where the shadows and highlights were. Figuring out the color took a while too, but in the end I was satisfied with the vector. I might post it later on minitokyo. However, when I tried to upload my asuka vector that I made recently, minitokyo wouldn't let me, they said that the dimensions were too small but it was actually quite over the minimum. I was so PISSED! I spent so long on that stupid vector, and I can't upload it!
But anyway, this is my third version of this wallpaper, the first one I used really puffy clouds and I didn't like how it looked, the second I made a night sky version but that didn't fit the color of the vector. So I made this one and I'm quite satisfied with it.
The lighthouse was taken from an image on minitokyo -->

What an extraordinary combination of scans & ideas. It looks emotional & intense, with the weather & background reflecting the dramatic nature of the pose. Deceptively simple looking, yet thoroughly effective & beautiful.

That's incredible what you were able to do with such a low quality scan o.o I recognized the pose in the preview and couldn't believe that it was actually vectored off that picture. Well done!
