I really liked this image, so I vectored it.
I used about 20 layers (for the interested), using JASC 7. To make the sky, I
used a dark blue gradient for the sky, followed by use of a filter (Laquer, by
Flaming Pear), which made it stripey.
I used the same filter for the smoke, the bowl, and the water.
^^ I hope you lot like it :3
