Well i dunno what to say, but okay i will just say the besics tday!

Wall:
Brushes: ALOT, and they are many grunge, and swirly once too!
Textures: yes one form DA "Desktop Anime" theyve got the best once
ever i think!
Stock: Ah... yeah! one from Sxc.hu, its been called Dark Room, or somthing like
that...
Scan: Yes! actually a PNG, from Aethereality, OH MY GOD theyve got SOOO many of em! But
yeah Thanks to Ivy, she made it!
Colors: moslty black, and brown, <Dark that is> and well some other once u
can see!

Well thats besicly all, its pretty simple, but to me i just feeled like making a
simple wallie, and aslo with some DARK DARK colors like this one! ;D, and well i
did, so what do u think of it!?

The background is really neat. I like how it's dark, grungy and falling apart, gives a good atmosphere to the wallpaper. I think the one thing that ruins this wallpaper is the scan not being good quality in some parts. I see you tried to really touch it up, but being a highly detailed manga scan, it's very difficult to touch those up.
However, the nice brush of streaks, that look like webs, or scratches, give it even more depth. The shiny star or whatever you'd call it seems unnecessary, I don't know why it's there. It's not part of grunge walls, it seems to be out of place. It's a good use of brushes, I congratulate you on this work, keep at it, and you'll become even better within time.
