When I started this wallpaper, the only thing I knew was that I wanted to do a Eureka 7 wall. Then I stumbled into the scan of Renton. So I vectored him; he took somewhere in the neighborhood 75 layers if you include the board. I then added the trapar via another vector. Then the idea for the wall came to me, thus the addition of the skyfish and clouds. The clouds were the most painful part of this. I had the hardest time make clouds that I was happy with. I tried using stock images and just photoshop filters and such. However, neither was what I wanted. So the final clouds you see are a combination of the two. More my freehand than anything, but I do like this one. The last thing added was the ray=out logo and barcode. I was watching either episode 39 or 40 and new that a cover can mean more than meets the eye. Well, here it is, please enjoy. :)

Yeah I like it. You did good on the vector of Renton and the Skyfish...the trapar waves could use a little work, but it's a great job. I wonder...you are going for a magazine cover? If so I would suggest moving the bar code to the left of the picture towards the corner more. Then I'd move the "ray=out" closer to the edge than it is now...doesn't quite look like a magazine. You did a good job tho, I'd like to invite you to join Gekkostate my e7 group...check my sig if you want to see it! :)
