It's a scan of an anime ad with all the text edited off. It's from the manga Busou Renkin, which is currently being made into an anime and is premiering this Autumn.
Well I guess Shinji said most of it. It's indeed from the manga Busou Renkin which is being made into an anime my Xebec ( so it's expected to be good ) I like the anime version of Kazuki ( the guy in the middle ) Oh I can't wait for it to arrive ... owwww ...
