yet another one!

this is just a building.... not much to say about it, but just one thing: it's the tower that started everything in the story. the lines aren't straight, i know, but it kinda gives a feeling of illusion....

comments are appreciated........ thanx.

EDIT

ok, i'm gonna give more details about this one.

this where my character Clift and Sierra stood when the bell rang (which isn't a good thing, cos they were transported to another world when it did.)

Peaceful. That's what I see when I look at this piece of beautiful artwork. The soft tones of blue and purple mingled with the sketchy style works very well with this concept. The birds add that feeling of peace and tranquility. The perspective make it seem like you're there and looking up at it. A beautiful piece of artwork julian1. Keep it up!

Why the david star ? (the jewish symbol with intertwined triangles representing the 6 elements or something like that)
Ahah, i just had to check the clock to see if you didn't make any mistake on the numbering ! I like the writings on the side of the tower. But what is great are the birds, like they were awaken during a nap by the riging of the bell, and they all scatter everywhere :)

Good job once again, nice perspective work (but as you say, a bit deformed... nice one, the "feeling of illusion" though... if that was the aim, it's achieved nicely !)

And it's good to have news from you :)

Heh, looks like you went all out with this one. The perspective and detail are incredible. The symbols and design are awsome here. Another unique idea from you. And I agree with Anjhurin about the birds, it looks so well drawn. And it is as if they were startled and scattered out.
It's so good I had to download and fav it. ;)
    Great job once again Julian.

i really like it but try using a little bit more contrast. it'll really bring it out and make it even better

Very neat perspective. I like the hint of color you've put into the drawing, and with that comes a feeling of it being night without actually being dark. Well, at least to me that's how it comes off. ^_^' Also, it's neat to have the main tower slightly off center when you look at the two smaller towers, but it seems to be close to centered by itself. Nice optical affect. :)

It's gorgeous. The colours are well-matched.
The tones of the whole scan make it seem so peaceful.
