I'm back with another wallpaper! 
Since you
liked my first one, I've decided to make a sceond one. This one features Chii
from Chobits. As you, may or may not see, I didn't use any brushes,
or any of those other fancy effects for this one; just a bunch of rendered
clouds and a pattern I got from the original background. So, I hope you don't
think it's too plain.

Chobits look so pretty in that dress that she is wearing and it look so prety on her and I like that dress I like the colour yellow with the tear and she even look so pretty if she wers some jewelery and wears high heels along with the dress. I like the decrtion on the dress and it also come in the colour gold and yellow nad the tear loooks so pretty with the colour gold on it.
wow, i love the cloudy background... how did you get that? sorry, but it might be something i use in future... anyway, nice work, i really like this.
