i really love the colors, but once again the bg is way too jaggy, looks like you exported the bg in 50% quality or sometin. The pic is nicely colored and fitted in though.
i like it, dont get me wrong, just the bg needs some wrk

This is kind of a bright blue wallpaper. The girl on it is from little cafe (I think). But I think its pretty although its overly bright. :S

Yes very cute...but it is a tad bit small and her nose is very hard to see.
Also the text on the bottom left corner could be extracted to make it look better. -
