i've said it before and i'll say it again: there aren't enough wallies of meilin! she's so cute, too :P i've always liked the pic i extracted meilin from, but it's narrow so i had to re-draw the penguin's flipper, which meant i had to vector the entire thing so it didn't look funny. i also wanted to try vectoring, this is my first vector! kyaa, it took so long... the original image was really grainy so i didn't have much of a choice, it's taken me about a week and a half (on and off) of working on it to get it looking how i want ><;;
