I'm not sure about peaceful ^.^
The eyes are a bit creepy ^.^ I like it - don't get me wrong. My first feeling on seeing her was "vampire" - and in the Vampire Miyu realm of vampirism, that can lead to peace.
I love the shading. It's very manga-like in appearance, especially the head area.
Very, very nice.

well the design is =ppeaceful or not.. I don't know.. but the time's (sunset right?) colour is nice ^^
the scarf is kinda weird on a day when she can wear sleeveless tops =p
the hand's kinda weird too XD
these are just me being picky and particular though (I am usually not like that lol)
you could take note of these details when you work on new pieces! or you could have fun being random~*goes on to compliment(really!) on one more piece*
