this is well done. i personally don't like having large blurred objects in the foreground, despite the realism. just my prederence. the cg and background are excellent.

This was my entry for the challenge of the Crimson Orchestra versus the Foundation.
the winner was us :D

my idea was at first to recreate the feel of the painting from the series. but then i decided...not to. don't
remember why, just didn't. so i went for a theme with the red, red-orange and orange, and made my wall based around
that.
also, i gave the scan a major reCG basically doing half of her skirt, half of her hair and some of her legs. drawing it
all from my head x_x
so, thats about it i guess.
oh yeah, melismatic means:
several notes sung on one syllable: a decorative phrase or passage in vocal music, especially one in which one syllable
of a plainsong text is sung to a melodic sequence of several notes

Very neat wall. The cool crimson and pale orange colours you've used to blend their respective pieces worked out really well, especially with the clouds and the crimson leaves. Overall exerts an elegant and graceful feel towards it, nice indeed.

i like how this was made. prehaps the random txt in the bg should stay in the bg and not over her face too? that was the first thing i saw, but otherwise i like all the other textures and color tones in thie one. fav
