This is a really nice piece of doujinshi :) I love the sketchy look you have with the outlines... some people may see it as lazy - but I think it is a great added touch - it really adds character to your work :)
The characters looks fantastic as well - can't say I know who they are, but I do love the way you've draw them, the proportions are in good shape.
Color usage is lovely - like I said - love the hair, and the eyes have a vividness to them - always good. Pretty background as well - nice soft colors, with feathers to also create that feel of softness ;) The white uniforms look a tad bit dull, but I know you can't really do that much with white - and it's uniforms, so it's okay ;)
Finally, not sure what I think about the text - but I guess it is there so no one steals your art - and to identify the characters :)

I love the colours <3 I can never colour as good as you do. The proportion is kinda out though. The eyes are actually too small.
Either way, great work <3 Keep those drawings coming!
