hmmm... there r some major problems when faced with drawing chi. (trust me i no) first of her eye on the right is disproportionate to the left one. (the eyes r the most imporant thing EVER!) the breast on the left is a bit saggy and flat. the breastline on the right doesn't correspond to the other as the arm is too near it. the feet r a bit small. and ur lines r bit wobbly. (Im really sorry if i sound harsh...)
the shading is good though. u should draw darker and make more contrast.
its a promising start for ur first draw! keep these really minor things in mind when drawing. theyll eventually come back to haunt u if u dont correct early on.
