The guy on the right is a gay man named Kaspar von Neumann. I read somewhere that his two brothers are embarasses by him.

yeah, it's kasper, he's the youngest out of the three von Neumann brothers and thinks he's a girl (hence, the feathers.). He has some sort of ability to cast illusions, which may possibly add to his delusion that he's a guy (his older brothers can pass way better for girls)

*shudders* Kaspar...he scares the crap out of me. Too weird and scary even for me to comprehend. But yeah, he is a doppelganger - a shapeshifter who can somehow manipulate his skin cells and morph into anyone he pleases.

The Guy on the left is Melchior von Neumann --Pygmalion-- the girls behind him are his auto-dolls, the girl in the RKO uniform is Siegland -- Melchior's favorite doll-- and the guy on the right is Kaspar von Neumann --Hundred Faces-- the shape shifting sweet transvestite from transexual Translyvania... (I had to say that.) They never made the anime cut.
