Now, introducing my new vector:
Meer or Lacus?
Personally, I think it's Meer....I haven't watch Gundam Seed Destiny...(yet) so I'm not sure
Yeah...I know that Meer has a Star clip..but the hair looks so...Meer :\
Oh well

Coff, Since I'm an obsessed fan I can say quite clearly she's Lacus, but wearing Meer's clothes.
Not just the hairclip, Meer and Lacus' hair are different... I can't find the english words, but you could say, Lacus one has "waves", while Meer's hair are completly straight.
So, that one is Lacus without any doubt. Beside, Meer is completly fine with reveling clothes, while Lacus isn't, that's why she looks so shy in there.
After this fangirl talking, good vector, I like it! You did a wonderful job. -
