Long time since my last vector ^_^
Now, introducing my new vector:
Meer or Lacus?
Personally, I think it's Meer....I haven't watch Gundam Seed Destiny...(yet) so I'm not sure
Yeah...I know that Meer has a Star clip..but the hair looks so...Meer :\
Oh well

Awesome vector! I love the crispness of the colours! Every aspect of this vector is carefully and delicately done! I absolutely adore how cute it came out! I do beleive it should have been Meer in that pose XD!
