I did this wall about 2 months ago but I was lazy to upload T_T hic
About the wall:
The scan: as I said, I forrrgoootttt I found it in what cat T_T but sure that It's in MT TT-TT
The background: handmade 100% I used pentool and hardroundbrush to make all things, ugh, and some blending too.

wow i love the colors you used. if only you kept those fonts out of the wall..the ones on the side that say Save our city. or if there were less and you lowered the opacity. otherwise, I like this style.

the scan needs a little cleaning as well as is of diff texture but background is attractive ;)

I adore the contrast in this wallie. The light and darks, the sharp angles of the buildings vs the soft curves of the wings and the watercolour effects. Striking ^_^
