Haha... It means that this Suigintou's picture is an /doujinshi/fanart/fanbook/something like that. It contains adult contents (most probably sexual things). That's why, it's suitable only for adult.... Am I right?Sigh... I can't bear seeing my Suigintou being "violated". BTW, she is "violated" by who?
