the charas wings look nice though they are to blury so they don't look like they would belong to the chara there
and the effects you made in the background are very good though the clouds and the feathers all around are a bit too
blury. and you need to work a bit more on the extraction.

I like this wallpaper, even when wings, clouds and those beautifll elements of background are a little bit too blurry! If they aren't - this work would be awesome, now - it is really nice! I like this concept, kep on working and we will see a masterpiece :-) good work
P.S. hmm.. or maybe those elements must be so blurry to make the symbolic sense? I wonder :) -

I think that the extraction is good enough. I love her wings. They are so beautiful. I also like the background a lot. The combination of colour is great :D
