I think the color is awesome, very very nice combination of pink and blue. Well since you did this because you wanted to practise cging the hair, i suppose i can say you did a great job on it.
Although your cging improved a lot, i think you still need to work on your drawing skills. The hair looks a bit flat actually, although it is really nicely colored. The ears is too close and low from the eyes. And also, i think the facial expression is not really nice, especially the mouth position and your eyes. I think you forgot to add something on the lace's ruffles, i believe you should be able to notice very soon.

And the shadows and dark colors versus the brightness gives such great contrasts and details like that with the hair. Even in the folds of the dress making it appear so realistic.
