i know its been awhile since my last wallpaper but have been busy with work and
havent had much of a chance to design
this is a simple wall of Ishida Uryuu from Bleach...as the title states
"The Last Quincy"
the original scan was a screenshot from the anime which you can see check out

vectored Ishida and drew in the eye as in the original screenshot there isnt
one
i just wanted the vector on a plain simple bg
a bit of brushing and played around with the ripple and glass effects
hope you guys like it

Ishida Uryuu's personality has always been matched with a dark background, as dark as his past. But in this vector you make him shine his character brightly.
