i know its been awhile since my last wallpaper but have been busy with work and havent had much of a chance to design
this is a simple wall of Ishida Uryuu from Bleach...as the title states "The Last Quincy"
the original scan was a screenshot from the anime which you can see check out here http://img279.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ishida49cg.png
vectored Ishida and drew in the eye as in the original screenshot there isnt one
i just wanted the vector on a plain simple bg
a bit of brushing and played around with the ripple and glass effects
hope you guys like it
any advice or critisism is always welcome

Yay! this Vector is great! the original scan wasn't very good was it. It must have been hard to vector. The original didn't even have eyes..right? ^_^, Any ways THANKS!

Have anyone told you lately that you are a great artist? I know I've said that before, but I will say it no matter how many more. You are a great artist.
Ishida Uryuu's personality has always been matched with a dark background, as dark as his past. But in this vector you make him shine his character brightly.
