PLZ, FULL VIEW THE WALL BEFORE JUDGING
There are many unseen details in the thumb 
This is the first time I tried making a wallpaper with lighting effects, so critique is welcome.
The wall began as an experiment with lighting effects but I started to like how
it was coming out and decided to make it into a wall.
I found the scan here a long time ago, extracted it and cleaned a bit. For the
sky and the sea I used a combination of two photos I had taken some time ago,
Terragen generated sky and lots of smudging.
Then I manipulated the city stock [a lot...], used several textures and an
overlayed layer full of grunge brushes.

Oh and btw, what you see below the sun are not clouds but water coming to the
city. The actual concept is the end of the world here [hence the title]

It's amazing what Photoshop can do. This wallpaper proves it. It has A LOT in it - photo manipulation, Terragen work, texture work and lots more. It brings out the atmosphere and the lovely sunset, which somewhat has a bit of suspense in it (that's what I think anyway). This is a high quality scenic grunge work - we can't ask too much more from it. It looks great.

anyway the wall is nice. but the cloud in the middle part feels somewhat weird. because its a view you can only see above the clouds. the lighting on the other hand is nicely done. overall, good job. ^_^

Is the background you take is Kuala Lumpur.....The 2 tower look like KLCC......correct me if I wrong.......
its true, in the thumb pic it looks normal, but when you see it full view its pretty cool.

First of all, KLCC is a shopping mall, it's not tall at all and it's located in between those 2 towers. The twin building you're referring to Is the Petronas Twin Tower of Malaysia , the tallest twin tower & second tallest tower in the world!
