Great picture! And to answer your question, I think he'll be ending up with Ringo. I believe these two has a long history: they've known each other, they've been through a lot together, Ringo always supported him in better and worst.

After the battle Ikki vs. Ringo, I believe Ikki understood more her feelings she has for him. Even though he is infatuated with Simca and starting to have feelings for Kururu, a part of Ikki is hoping after the tournament to be at Ringo's side like before, without the competitions and all. Her kiss with Ikki in chapter 142 got him confusing when he left the house, but it was truly shown that these two are meant for each other as a tear was shed from Ikki's eyes when he left the house.
I believe that Ringo will the most hurt one if her love for Ikki doesn't embrace his heart. She's suffered enough emotionnaly, so I believe Ikki will be with her at the end.
