Awesome! Kairi with a sword! Unfortunately, for lack of PS systems, I've only been able to play Kingdom Hearts, which doesn't give much info on Kairi but as soon as I saw her I knew she was going to be a favorite character. And this is definately her. Fav.

I'm sorry to all my friends. -_- I haven't been able to do anything for a long time and now that summer is
here, I have even become more lazier. Not a productive season for me. I finally pushed myself to do this one.
This features Kairi from KH2. (I haven't played the game yet. ;_;) So I thought, wouldn't it be cool if Kairi
had her own keyblade and was able to fight. I had this idea for about 2 months and was never able to do anything until
now.
Everything here was drawn by me using the mouse in photoshop CS. It took me three days to do everything. Each part took
a day to do. I wanted to recreate the scene where Sora first decided what powers he wanted. Please don't laugh at
me keyblade. XD I'm not great at designing weapons.
Part 1: Kairi started as a sketch and I cged her in PS.
Part 2: The circle at the bottom of Ariel. There was one for Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Belle and Snow White. I
didn't want to vector from a scan, so I created a new one (but crappy) circle featuring Ariel.
Part 3: The glass windows in the bg, the heartless, and combining everything.

Here we see an awesome doujinshi from Kingdom Hearts by one of the most talented artists on Minitokyo, walkure245. Everything looks pretty much perfect, the colors, the setting, it all matches KH to the fullest. I love how she drew Kairi, too, because we're all tired of seeing Sora in the spotlight. :D Nice work!

Dang, I love how you did the details of the dark church scenery background, made the art very professional.
And as everyone else have probably said the body positions of the heartless and Kairi and her attitude all look very nice.
Oh, and BTW...that artwork should be a spoiler.....xD -

keyblade you made for Kairi is just so cute :)

That pretty! A very good drawing! You drew a somewhat complicated position to my to seem, but it has been beautiful. The expression of her firm and is decided. Haven't posted in MT in a while but I just had to comment on this excellent Kairi/Kingdom Hearts fanart. The only problem I have with this art is that the hearless just areen't drawn as well as the rest of your art piece.
Are you sure you haven't played KH2? :)

Heh. If you played kingdom hearts 2 you'll change Kairi's clothes and keyblade cuz she rocks in Kingdom Hearts 2 thanks to Riku!^^ Your keyblade is kinda ok...should put on a few gemstones to add a girlish touch. The lighting and feathers are nice. No comments on the shadows(the monsters). Just go get a few screenies of Kairi in action. That'll inspire you to make more great works!

Sorry if my comment came a little late, I was just a bit busy so now I'll give my comment. First of all, all I can say is you are really talented! I mean you at the doujin! It almost surpasses the original Kingdom hearts artwork! I really love the stained glasses that you have placed and the weapon looks cool and fit for her too.
I believe you have the talent to make it big in drawing! Keep up the good work and I hope you never get tired of drawing very wonderful doujins! Thanks you very much for sharing!

The mozaic-tile (?) windows are absolutely beautiful n yay purple! <3 Ariel looks so cute. Nice expressions. The heartless could be done a lil more dark I think...
Her key! I know next to nothing about Kingdom Hearts but I saw elsewhere what her real key looks like... n how much fun it was made for making it so girly. Not like I'm against it but it was too girly! XD With a lil more touches, yours looks even better than the real one. ;)
