    That is quite a dark concept, but catchy at the same time. And well done as well. I think the girl has a look of bewilderement, really nice work on the expression. It doesn't even seem she knows what happiness is !
    About the drawing, your shading is good, i like that trashbin (but somehow the texture looks weird, more like wood than metal.... maybe because you have too much vertical lines on it, i don't know). The girl's proportion are really cartoonish, and her legs are a bit thick for a homeless child maybe.

    Anyway, nice work, so thumbs up :D
