Well... I did this vector once before too but back then it didn't go so well XD
Well... I started outline her first... This vector was quite easy so it didn't take lot of time to finish. Then I
did her hair (I didn't outline it XD ) and then I colored her! Took me overall maybe 3 hours to finish... not much
considering it usually takes me 7 hours at least if I want a decent looking vector :o ... Well I hope you like this...
Only thing I didn't like is her expression... She doesn't smile like she usually does so... oh well you
know...! Anyway I still hope you like this :D Enjoy~!

I'm so loving Meer than Lacus. She's more realistic as a character and I really like her expression here. It's much more different than the other pics. Anyway, the vectoring was done real smoothly and I love the brightness of the colors. Lovely outlining as well...

Very cool. In the original pic her skin was too dark but now
it looks very anime like. Mad beautiful instant fave.
