Dedicated to Animanga and Milkiyo. (You two both like dark walls, right? lol)
I have been wanting to do a dark Blood+ wall for awhile now. Finally got a chance to.
Decided to try something a bit different.
I worked really hard on this wall but it still didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to. Oh well.
The background is made with a stock photo. Then I made the sky and bushes and trees. What took the longest and was the hardest was fixing the scan and making it match better with the background. It still doesn't match really well but way better than it did the first time. XD (thats also why it's kind of blurry. It seemed to match better. But maybe it's too blurry?)
I'd rather not count the layers because just the coloring itself took too many. ^_^' I quess I went over board.
And I would love comments and critiques on my work. They help me to improve.

I don't know how to critique it... but I'll comment.
Its pretty. I like the trees alot. It doesn't seem too blurry to me.

The BG is really great! It blends well & looks slightly drawn & slightly real, it's nice. That scan matches well & blends into the BG well, you picked the colours from the scan for the BG well.
The only thing is in the top right hand corner on the archway there's a bright red line that's a little too
vivid.

i love grunge >.<, this grunge wall is really nice rhonda-chan ^^,, the chara is quite big compare to the whole wall so i dont really know what to complaint here :nya:, all i can say in my view this is really nice dark wall >.<
i also love the scene you make though it's just a bit >.<

AH yes... it is a bit blurry to me. But I quite like it. It matches in very well Rhonda! And the whole scenery of this wallie quite matches in with the title! XD

Hmm, that's interesting. Not having created a wallpaper, I cannot appreciate the effort put into making the wall, but it certainly looks impressive. I personally don't like the contrast between the blurry scan and crisp background (in my wierd state of mind, I think it should be the other way), but the scan is really nice, and the background is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing ^_^

Yay for more Blood+ wallies! XD This has to be one of my favorite scans of Hagi and Saya and the background images really go well with the scan! I also like the color scheme that you used. However, the scan does seem a bit blurry in comparison with the background... But overall, good effort!
